U.S. MASTERS SWIMMING

Enfinity's Masters program is an organized group of adults (18+ yrs) that train together in Winston-Salem and Kernersville. Above all else, our group values friendship through fitness.

Our Approach

We welcome swimmers of all abilities - from novices learning the basics to experienced athletes training for national competitions. Our team is made up of individuals who use swimming to complement a healthy lifestyle. Whether you're swimming for general fitness, triathlon prep, or elite competition, you'll find a supportive, friendly environment at EAC Masters.

Our Workouts

Each practice features a tailored "Workout of the Day" with multiple lanes accommodating different skill levels and goals. It's common to see beginners working on technique alongside triathletes logging endurance sets and former collegiate swimmers pushing hard sets - the full spectrum is welcome and supported!

    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 7am - 8am

All Enfinity Masters must be registered members of USA Masters Swimming.
